When not hosting Powerpoint or murder mystery parties, I rage against the dying of the light by pursuing experiences that make me feel keenly alive and dilate time:

• engaging thoughtful conversations of philosophy, art, and literature with new friends

• committing to creative living and beauty as a spiritual practice

• being a lifelong student of perception, emotion, thinking, relating, and embodiment

• saying yes character-building experiences e.g. co-leading an organization that had a City Council Resolution passed in NYC

• exploring the nature of transcendence and human connection

• meditating how to fulfill one’s nature or purpose in service to greater societal context

• making play a priority
